Once we receive your Laptop, we will install your new hard drive upgrade and transfer your data within 24-hours and then send your laptop back to you via Overnight courier. You have the choice of having us pickup your Laptop at your door for an additional $49, or you can send it in via your preferred method and we'll include overnight return delivery for just $19 when your laptop upgrade is complete.

When we say 24-hour, we mean it. We don't use snail-mail or any other cheap (aka slow) method to take care of your precious cargo.
